Any specific reason you deleted your account(s)?
As a side note to anyone else contemplating this, it's better if you just send a deactivation message to an admin who can do this for you. Deleting your account outright really messes the boards up.

Yeah, no kidding. I'd like to at least know what his rationale was. I did an administrative restore, but it only gives me the username back. I don't even have his contact info anymore.
No goodbye or anything. Just...*poof.*

Does that mean all his posts are gone now too? Or does the administrative restore fix that?
I'm pretty sure deleting accounts removes all their posts does it not?

No. Only an administrator can perform that type of removal. A user-end account delete removes only the account and all information associated with it, such as rank, signature, the ability to search by the poster, post count, contact info, and the like. The posts are left behind under a 'guest' name associated with whatever their login was. Restoring the account replaces the guest name with whatever name was there prior (in this instance, Morgan Blake, The 'Mech Dealer, and Tech Sergeant Forester, as opposed to morganblake, mechdealer, and forester), and their avatar, provided it was hosted here and not remotely. No other info can be retreived.

Ah I see, well at least the posts aren't whacked, that would really cause havok.
Have you had any luck finding out what happened yet?

Not as of yet. Hopefully I will be able to track him down, or he will contact us here.
