If you experience problems connecting to Live Chat, please try the following:
- Make sure your security settings allow Java to run
- Clear your browser cache and all cookies
- Hit "refresh" on your browser's button
- Try using the chat interface after clicking on the "Live Chat" subtopic (where you are now).
