Please vote for the next BattleMech to be added to the Legionnaires' inventory. If you'd like to suggest a 'Mech other than what's been listed here, please vote "other" and explain.

Kodiak - MEAN 'Mech. I like it!
Anyone here remember the King Crab? That was another viscious Star League 'Mech.

Well, I really want the Arctic Fox. Oh, and I found a cool site about Battletech stuff, for easy reference to things like dates and maps and 'mech stuff. It is here O, I think this is the best one for mech stats.

Too would like to see a Kodiak, but I also want to see an Artic Wolf or Artic Fox.
We already have many Heavy and Assault class 'mechs, I think the next one should be a smaller class 'mech for some better balance.
Let's not forget about the Centurion either Maxwell, with 1 Gauss and 3 Pulse lasers, it packs a pretty decent punch for a 50 tonner, not to mention its manipulator hand as well.
And yes I know of the King Crab, only place I've seen it in action is MegaMek, if you know what that is. (If you don't its a program that lets you run CBT board games, over the internet through a 2d graphical and textual display.)

I'm embarassed to say that I forgot about the Centurion. Are its stats ready? If so, we can post it as "available" in the 'Mech bay. I agree we need to balance out the other end of the spectrum with some lighter 'Mechs. Let's hear it for the ULLER! :::sound of crickets chirping::: Anyone?

I like the Uller. Not that I would pilot one (I like my Cougar better ;D ) But, an Uller would be a nice addition.
As for Mediums, why not a Hunchback IIc? 50 tons, and lots of firepower. Also, a Shadowcat is decent.

I am thinking a Shadow Cat will definitely be coming into the mix soon - that's a 'Mech that just oozes "attitude." ;D The Uller is a fantastic scout 'Mech as well, and I like the idea of the Hunchback IIC.
How about the Hellhound?

Centurion Stats
Name : none Class : Medium Model : Centurion CN9-YLW2 Loadout : 1 Gauss rifle, 2 MPulse Laser, 1 REAR MPulse Laser, CASE, MASC (or triple strength mynomer [the one that gets stronger with heat], not really sure which as it doesnt specify one or the other, it just has a second number in square brackets after both running and walking speed rather than just one extra number)

I thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnk it was triple strength myomar, but I'll have to verify that...I'll research that this weekend and let you know.
Nice loadout, btw. That is one Centurion I wouldn't screw with.
I found a load of animated avs today, by the way - really high quality ones from MW4. I'm going to upload them over the weekend as well. There's even an animated Stalker (!!)
Did you see the MW 5 post, by the way?

Hellhound...Hmm, I'm trying to recall that mech. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it'd be one heck of a mech to have around.
BTW, I'm thinking of various ways to keep the remainder of my "Ghost" unit intact and thought it might be interesting to keep them around for an extra base and as a set of allies that make periodic returns. I don't exactly want to kill them off. That extra base could provide a good place for certain mechs to be stored (Like my fabled Loki that makes it's appearance here before finishing in the Cougar). Not to mention, the extra base and personnel would allow a nice excuse for intel and subsequent mission Ops.

Not a bad idea. And if you want to keep track of them here (inventories and such), I could create a protected area for you to post that information.
What do you think?

I have one in my thread in the Mission Plan area, but a separate one for inventories would also be nice. (to avoid clutter)
